Chen Maobo: Establish a cross-border professional service platform to support mainland enterprises in going global.

The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Paul Chan, announced the government's financial budget for the fiscal year 2026 to 2027 today. Chan stated that as the country promotes high-level two-way opening up, mainland enterprises are more actively exploring overseas markets. The SAR Government's program to support mainland enterprises going global will hold promotional activities to attract them to use Hong Kong as a base for overseas expansion. The SAR Government will also establish a cross-disciplinary professional service platform, bringing together legal, accounting, financial, testing and certification, marketing and other professional service providers in Hong Kong to support enterprises going global.
