According to the Tianyancha app, on February 24th, Shanghai Xiaoma Xingxing Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Huang Jun as the legal representative. The registered capital is 100 million US dollars, and the business scope includes software development, car sales, and operation of small and micro passenger car rental services. It is wholly owned by Hong Kong Xiaoma Zhihang Co., Ltd.
