Flight Music Group: Wholly-owned subsidiary completes the transfer of 20% equity in Shanghai Rijing Company.

Feile Audio announced that on October 10, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Automotive Electronics, intends to publicly list 20% equity of Shanghai Ryosho. The initial listing price is 103.63154 million yuan. The transferee is Japanese Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and the two parties signed a contract on December 2, 2025. On January 8, 2026, the industrial and commercial change registration was completed, and on February 5, Shanghai Ryosho obtained the FDI registration certificate. On February 24, Automotive Electronics completed the foreign exchange settlement, and the transaction funds were received. This transaction is expected to increase the total profit by approximately 7.9 million yuan and have a positive impact on the financial report for 2026.
