Guiyang Bank: The transfer of 82.6529% equity of Guizhou Industrial Investment by Company Three has been completed with the completion of commercial registration.

Guiyang Bank announced that Guiyang Industrial Development Holdings Group and two other companies have signed an agreement with Guizhou Provincial Industrial Development Limited Company to transfer a total of 82.6529% of the shares held by the shareholders of the company Guiyang Industry Investment. After this transfer of shares, there has been a change in the actual controller of Guiyang Industry Investment, and they no longer have a concerted action relationship with the company's largest shareholder, Guiyang State-owned Assets Investment Management Company. The largest shareholder of the company remains unchanged. Recently, the commercial registration procedures for the aforementioned share transfer have been completed.
