Jia Nan Technology announced that it has acquired a 49% equity interest in Cipher Mining's three operating Bitcoin mining projects in West Texas. WindHQ will continue to hold 51% majority ownership in cooperation with Jia Nan Technology. The transaction price is approximately $39.75 million and was completed entirely through non-cash methods. Jia Nan Technology will issue approximately 806.4 million shares of Class A common stock to Cipher. The acquired projects have a total power capacity of 120 MW, supporting approximately 4.4 EH/s of operating power. Jia Nan Technology has also purchased an additional 6,840 mining machines from Cipher. These machines were originally purchased by Cipher from Jia Nan Technology in July 2025 and deployed at Cipher's Black Pearl site, which is currently being transformed into an AI-HPC data center.
