During the Spring Festival, Hainan Free Trade Port imported "zero-tariff" goods worth nearly 48.6 million yuan.

During the Spring Festival holiday, Haikou Customs supervised a total of 2.72 billion yuan in duty-free sales on outlying islands, a year-on-year increase of 30.8%; the number of items sold was 1.997 million, a year-on-year increase of 21.9%; and the number of shoppers reached 325,000, a year-on-year increase of 35.4%. During the Spring Festival period, Hainan Free Trade Port imported "zero tariff" goods worth nearly 48.6 million yuan, with a tax exemption of 9.4232 million yuan. Exempted from taxes were 8.8545 million yuan worth of processed value-added goods for domestic sales, with a tariff exemption of 1.2527 million yuan. Benefiting from the closure of the Free Trade Port, during the Spring Festival period, imports through Hainan ports totaled 1.426 billion yuan, mainly including crude oil and coal; while exports amounted to 3.44 billion yuan, mainly including chemical products and rapeseed oil.
