Ya Shi Chuang Neng: The 2.9165% stake held by the controlling shareholder of the company will be auctioned off judicially.

Yasichuangneng announced on February 23 that the Hangzhou Shangcheng District People's Court will conduct a judicial auction of 12.5 million shares of the company held by the controlling shareholder, Chuangnengming, on the Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform from 10:00 on March 16 to 10:00 on March 17. These shares account for 2.9165% of the total share capital of the company. As of now, Chuangnengming holds 78.655 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.35% of the total share capital. This auction will not affect the company's production and operation, nor will it affect the company's qualifications for listing.
