Jiayou International: Investing in projects in Zambia, completed construction and operation of the Ensa Highway section and started collecting tolls.

Jiayou International announced that in 2023, its affiliated company agreed to participate in the Zambia Sakania PPP project with a franchise period of 22 years, a total investment of 76.1292 million US dollars, and the company holding 90% of the shares. In June 2024, JASWIN company signed a general contracting agreement. On February 22, 2026, the Endola to Sakania 17.26 kilometer road and related projects were completed and put into operation, with toll collection commencing; the Sakania port project was partially completed, with supporting projects progressing; the road base from Sakania to Mufurila was completed, and the main and ancillary projects were progressing in an orderly manner. The project will generate stable income, improve regional transportation efficiency, and enhance the company's competitiveness.
