Dependable Corporation: Removes Jing Naiquan from the position of independent director.

Reliable Group announced on February 23 that Mr. Jing Naiquan, the independent director of the company, has lost his independence, did not fulfill his duties diligently, and lacks the professional ethics of an independent director. Therefore, the board of directors believes that Mr. Jing Naiquan is not suitable to continue to serve as an independent director of the company, and proposes to relieve him of his duties as an independent director. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the company's board nomination committee and board of directors, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
