The Guangdong Provincial Forest Fire Prevention Office holds talks with Meizhou City and Wuhua County.

On the evening of February 21, the Guangdong Forest Fire Prevention and Control Headquarters held a video conference to have a talk with Meizhou City and Wuhua County, where forest fires have been frequent recently. They requested to face the problems, dig deep into the roots, and ensure responsibilities to decisively reverse the passive situation of frequent forest fires. Wang Zaihua, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Forest Fire Prevention and Control Headquarters and Director of the Provincial Emergency Management Department, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Jiang Hongqi, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Forest Fire Prevention and Control Headquarters and Director of the Provincial Forestry Bureau, presided over the meeting. Relevant officials from Meizhou City and Wuhua County analyzed the situation of frequent forest fires and proposed specific measures to strengthen the implementation of work in the next step.
