Alibaba launches Qwen Coding Plan

On February 21st, Alibaba's Qwen announced the launch of the Qwen Coding Plan, supporting more models, releasing new Qwen3.5-Plus and Qwen3-Coder-Next, compatible with Al tools such as QwenCode, ClaudeCode, and Cline.
