It is expected that from February 20th to 22nd, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi, as well as North China, Northeast China, and the Shandong Peninsula will have winds of force 5 to 7, with gusts of force 8 to 10, and locally wind speeds reaching above force 11. Due to the strong winds, the above-mentioned areas and the northern part of Henan will experience windy weather with sand and dust, with some areas experiencing sandstorms or severe sandstorms. The China Meteorological Administration has issued yellow warnings for strong winds and sandstorms. Following comprehensive analysis and emergency consultations, the China Meteorological Administration initiated a level four emergency response for major meteorological disasters at 18:30 on February 20th.
