Recently, the Financial and Economic Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance compiled and issued the "2026 Financial Budget Reader". The data shows that in 2025, more than two-thirds of Zhejiang's general public budget expenditures were used for people's livelihoods, actively ensuring the development of people's livelihoods.
