Zhongtai Futures: Zhou Shunyuan appointed as Chairman of the Board

Zhongtai Futures issued an announcement that Mr. Lv Xiangyou has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Board Strategic Development Committee of the company due to work adjustments. Mr. Lv's resignation will be effective from February 14, 2026. The board of directors passed a resolution on February 14, 2026 to elect Mr. Zhou Shunyuan as the new Chairman of the Board, with his term starting from February 14, 2026 until the end of the fourth session of the board, with the option for re-election. The board of directors also passed a resolution on February 14, 2026 to appoint Mr. Zhou as the Chairman and Member of the Board Strategic Development Committee, with his term starting from February 14, 2026 until the end of the fourth session of the board, with the option for re-appointment.
