Gome Holdings withdraws from Xiamen Jin Mei Xin Consumer Finance.

On February 14, the Xiamen Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued a reply approving China Trust Commercial Bank Limited to acquire 16% equity of Xiamen Jinmeixin Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. held by Gome Holdings Group Limited, and approving Xiamen Jinyuanjin Holding Co., Ltd. to acquire 17% equity of Xiamen Jinmeixin Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. held by Gome Holdings Group Limited. After the acquisition, China Trust Commercial Bank Limited will contribute a total of 250 million yuan with a 50% stake, and Xiamen Jinyuanjin Holding Co., Ltd. will contribute a total of 250 million yuan with a 50% stake.
