On the 15th, it was learned from the Ministry of Transport that the estimated total inter-regional population flow on the first day of the Spring Festival holiday is 285.92 million, an increase of 10.5% compared to the same period in 2025. Specifically, the estimated number of people traveling by road is 268.75 million, an increase of 10.8% compared to the same period in 2025. Among them, the expected number of non-commercial small passenger cars on highways and ordinary national and provincial roads is 230.80 million, an increase of 11.5% compared to the same period in 2025; the estimated number of commercial passenger traffic on roads is 37.95 million, an increase of 6.8% compared to the same period in 2025.
