During the Spring Festival holiday, it is estimated that more than 2.08 million passengers will be sent along the coastal waterways of Fujian province.

According to the Fujian Maritime Bureau, from the beginning of the Spring Festival travel rush to February 13th, a total of 1.495 million passengers have been transported on coastal ferry routes in Fujian, including 81,500 passengers on the cross-strait "small three links" passenger route. During the Spring Festival holiday, coastal Fujian will continue to see a peak in waterway passenger flow. The Fujian Maritime Bureau predicts that during the 9-day holiday period, 149 passenger ships will be put into operation on the coastal waters of Fujian, transporting a total of 2.086 million passengers, a 6% increase compared to the same period last year.
