On February 13, Beijing signed 85 new houses and 220 second-hand houses.

Data from the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development shows that on February 13th, Beijing signed 85 new houses with a total area of 10,855.75 square meters, including 43 residential units with a total area of 5,395.44 square meters. Additionally, 220 second-hand houses were signed with a total area of 19,413.37 square meters, including 195 residential units with a total area of 18,062.41 square meters.
