Actions to improve quality are encouraged, with the implementation of the national standard for integrity management systems, and the establishment of a quality and safety traceability system for consumers. Support is given to companies to establish a "raw material-process-quality" virtual simulation system to achieve dynamic optimization and risk warning in the brewing process. Local governments are encouraged to build inspection and testing service platforms to reduce inspection and testing costs for small and medium-sized enterprises; improve cross-departmental regulatory mechanisms, establish a risk information sharing platform, promote the standardization of market transactions for cultural and imported wines, and carry out punishment for fraudulent activities such as counterfeiting and false advertising in accordance with laws and regulations.
