It mentions the improvement of the agricultural cooperation mechanism. Support local governments and liquor enterprises in establishing platforms for connecting raw material supply and demand, promote accurate matching of raw material supply and brewing demand, and reduce circulation costs. Support liquor enterprises in forming long-term stable production and sales relationships with new types of business entities through forms such as order acquisition, establishment of risk funds, processing value return, and equity participation, to achieve risk and benefit sharing, and create long-term stable sources of high-quality raw material supply.
