The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Quality Improvement and Upgrading of the Liquor Industry", which emphasizes the strengthening of the construction of raw material planting bases. It promotes the specialized, large-scale, and organic development of liquor raw materials, guides production areas to strengthen the standardization of liquor raw material bases according to local conditions, and enhances the quality and safety control capabilities of the entire process. Encourages the integration of satellite remote sensing, drones, spectroscopy, and IoT sensors in production areas, improves the mechanization level of raw material production processes, and supports the construction of raw material processing facilities and storage logistics systems to enhance standardized quality control capabilities such as grading, screening, drying, and storage.
