Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau carries out pre-holiday elevator supervision and inspection.

To ensure the safe and smooth operation of elevators, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration has taken early action in recent days, implementing a series of measures to supervise and inspect elevator safety at densely populated areas such as the "Eight Stations and Two Venues", subway stations, and shopping malls throughout the city. They have conducted in-depth inspections to identify and eliminate risks, urging companies and elevator maintenance units to improve management and operational maintenance, and ensuring the safe operation of elevators throughout the city during the Spring Festival. In light of the large passenger flow at densely populated areas during the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, the market supervision authorities have focused on conducting safety inspections at crowded places such as subways, train stations, airports, and shopping malls. The Municipal Market Supervision Administration has organized elevator technology experts to conduct on-site inspections of more than 1,500 elevators throughout the city.
