High-level construction of financial open door facing ASEAN promotion conference is held.

On the afternoon of February 11th, the high-level conference on promoting the construction of a financial gateway towards ASEAN jointly organized by the People's Bank of China and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government was held in Beijing. Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China, Lu Lei, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Cai Yunge, member of the Standing Committee and Executive Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, also spoke at the meeting. In his speech, Lu Lei pointed out the need to clarify the key areas of work and accelerate the establishment of a new comprehensive financial cooperation framework towards ASEAN. Based on the country's major development strategy, efforts should be made to strengthen the quality and efficiency of financial services in key areas; enhance the empowerment of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency and management capabilities of financial institutions; strengthen financial exchange and cooperation with ASEAN countries to promote the formation of more regional financial governance consensus.
