Zheshang Bank: Chen Haiqiang approved as the Chairman of the company

Zhejiang Merchants Bank announced that on February 13, 2026, it received approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission to appoint Chen Haiqiang as the Chairman. Chen Haiqiang, born in October 1974, previously served as the Deputy Director and Officer of the Hangzhou Branch of the China Development Bank, and currently also serves as the Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang International Chamber of Commerce. As of the date of the announcement, Chen Haiqiang holds 918,200 shares of the company's A shares, and has no affiliation with the company's board, senior management, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, and is not subject to any prohibitions on holding the position.
