Sinopec: Li Yonglin resigns as the company's executive director and senior vice president.

Sinopec announced on February 13 that the company's board of directors received the resignation report from Li Yonglin on the same day. Li Yonglin was an executive director and senior vice president of Sinopec, originally appointed until June 2027. Now, due to job adjustments, he has resigned from his positions as executive director, member of the Board's Strategic Committee, and senior vice president of Sinopec. After leaving, Li Yonglin will not hold any positions at Sinopec or its subsidiaries, and there are no outstanding public commitments to be fulfilled.
