Sichuan Folded Ear Root has been exported for the first time and has been air freighted to Canada for sale.

On February 12, it was learned from the Commerce Bureau of Pengzhou City that a batch of fresh young shoots of folded ear roots from Aoping Town, Pengzhou City, Chengdu, arrived in Canada on an international flight on February 11, successfully breaking the "zero record" of exported folded ear roots from Sichuan Province. These authentic Sichuan flavor ingredients were put on sale in Toronto, Canada on February 12. A total of 60 items weighing 180 kilograms of Sichuan folded ear roots were exported this time, picked from the folded ear root planting base in Hequan Village, Aoping Town, and sorted and packaged by the Longkangbao Agricultural and Sideline Products Marketing Farmers Professional Cooperative of Pengzhou City before being shipped out. In order to ensure that the folded ear roots meet export standards, the Commerce Bureau of Pengzhou City invited the Jincheng Customs to conduct on-site research and guidance at the planting base. Through standardized training on medication, dedicated guidance, and completion of tasks such as filing of export food raw material planting sites, pre-harvest pesticide residue risk monitoring, and hygiene inspection of processing and packaging, the export process was successfully completed.
