Illegal gold trading activities such as price booking, leverage trading, and deferred trading are not allowed. For example, through internet platforms such as WeChat groups, mini programs, apps, websites, etc., under the guise of gold recycling and price booking transactions, customers are allowed to pay a certain amount of margin to lock in the price of a certain weight of gold, and then settle according to the price difference as the gold price fluctuates, allowing for closing positions without actually conducting physical gold delivery. 2. Illegal fundraising activities that promise customers fixed income returns in the name of gold custody, leasing, repurchase, etc. are not allowed. 3. Activities such as gold entrusted investment must not be conducted illegally, such as inducing consumers to purchase physical gold but not withdrawing the physical gold to instead engage in illegal financial activities such as gold entrusted investment. 4. Illegal promotion and sales of gold products through internet live broadcasts and other channels are not allowed. Illegal gold trading activities through various software, apps, and mini programs are not allowed. It is prohibited to develop or sell illegal gold trading software, apps, or mini programs, or to provide information services and technical support for illegal gold trading software, apps, or mini programs. 5. It is not allowed to impersonate a "Shanghai Gold Exchange member" or engage in false or misleading business promotions on the sales status of commodities, deceiving or misleading consumers or other operators. Absolute terms such as "gold prices will surge" or "buying gold to make big money" are strictly prohibited, and product value or investment returns must not be exaggerated. 6. Using non-precious metal materials to impersonate pure gold or other valuable materials is prohibited, and mixing, adulterating, or selling substandard goods in products is prohibited.
