In the first ten days before the Spring Festival travel rush, the number of people in Guangdong who have traveled across different regions has exceeded 300 million.

According to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation, from February 2 to 11, 2026, the total number of cross-regional personnel flow in Guangdong Province reached 30,023.32 million, an increase of 0.77% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the cumulative railway passenger volume reached 16.25 million, an increase of 10.21% year-on-year. The cumulative road passenger flow reached 27.97378 million, an increase of 0.18% year-on-year. The cumulative waterway passenger volume reached 1.2272 million, an increase of 0.64% year-on-year. The cumulative civil aviation passenger volume reached 3.0066 million, an increase of 6.23% year-on-year.
