Yan Research Silicon announced that on February 12, 2026, the controlling shareholder, RSTechnologies Co., Ltd., and the concerted action person, Fujian Cangyuan Investment Co., Ltd., collectively reduced their holdings to 1%. Cangyuan Investment reduced 2.5 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.20%, while RSTechnologies and Cangyuan Investment reduced 4.8446 million shares through block trades, accounting for 0.39%. The total shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action persons decreased from 57.30% to 56.71%. This reduction is in accordance with the previous plan and will not result in a change of the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
