According to Hainan Airport Group disclosed on the 12th, during the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, the three major airports on Hainan Island, Meilan Airport in Haikou, Fenghuang Airport in Sanya, and Boao Airport in Qionghai are expected to operate a total of 10,929 flights, with an average of 1,215 flights per day; the passenger throughput is expected to reach 1.915 million, a 5.4% increase compared to the same period last year.
