Telink Micro: Shareholders with more than 5% stake reduce their holdings, resulting in equity changes dropping below 5%
Telling Micro announced that the National Development Fund, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, has implemented a reduction plan. Before the reduction, it held 16,688,400 shares of the company, accounting for 6.93% of the total share capital. On October 23, 2025, the reduction plan was disclosed, intending to reduce no more than 4,814,870 shares from November 13, 2025 to February 12, 2026, not exceeding 2% of the total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, 4,651,261 shares have been reduced, with a reduction ratio of 1.932040% and a total reduction amount of 203,955,405.50 yuan. It now holds 12,037,139 shares of the company, accounting for 4.999984%, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5%, and this change in equity does not trigger a tender offer, nor does it affect the company's controlling interest.
