Changling Hydraulic announced that it will issue a partial tender offer to all shareholders of Changling Hydraulic, excluding the acquirer and its concerted parties. The planned number of shares to be purchased in the tender offer is 17.2904 million shares, accounting for 12.00% of the total share capital of the listed company. The tender offer price is 35.82 yuan per share. The tender offer period is a total of 33 natural days, from February 5, 2026 to March 9, 2026.
