Huaru Technology announced that the company, together with the professional investment institution Hangzhou Keshi Equity Investment Co., Ltd. and other limited partners Shenzhen Industrial City Innovation Development Research Co., Ltd., jointly invested in the establishment of Nanjing Keshi Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership. The total subscribed capital is 50.5 million yuan, with Huaru Technology contributing 20 million yuan in subscribed capital from its own funds, accounting for 39.60% of the total subscribed capital. The fund completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures on December 5, 2025, and completed the fund filing procedures with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association on February 11, 2026.
