Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 9 of 2026: Final Decision on Anti-subsidy Investigation of Imported Dairy Products from the European Union.

According to Article 39 of the Anti-subsidy Regulation, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to the Tariff Commission of the State Council to impose anti-subsidy duties on imported dairy products originating from the EU. The Tariff Commission of the State Council made a decision based on the proposal of the Ministry of Commerce, and starting from February 13, 2026, anti-subsidy duties will be imposed on imported dairy products originating from the EU.
