Zhejiang Yongqiang announced that on February 12, 2026, the 8th meeting of the 7th Board of Directors agreed to cancel its subsidiary JJD Metal Furniture Co., Ltd., and authorized the management to handle the liquidation and cancellation work. The subsidiary was established on January 24, 2025, with a registered capital of 252 million Thai baht, with Yongqiang and its subsidiaries holding 10% and 90% respectively. It has been in the preparatory stage and has not been in operation. As of December 31, 2025, the total assets were 16.8362 million yuan, net assets were 16.8364 million yuan, with zero revenue and a net profit of 13,800 yuan in 2025. After cancellation, it will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements, and will not affect the company's financial and business operations.
