The capital contribution is 300 million RMB, and the business scope includes equity investment, investment management, asset management, and other activities related to private equity funds. The information of the partners shows that the partnership enterprise was jointly funded by ZTE Corporation, Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Fund Partnership Enterprise, and Jianxin Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
