Pei Minshan is appointed as the General Manager of China Railway Construction Group.

According to the announcement released by the Board of Directors of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited on February 12, the sixth session of the seventh meeting of the Board of Directors was held on February 11 via communication vote. The meeting deliberated and approved the "Appointment of Pei Minshan as the President of the Company" proposal and agreed to appoint Mr. Pei Minshan as the President of the Company. The announcement also stated that Mr. Pei Minshan has been appointed as the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of China Railway Construction Group Limited since February this year, as well as the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited.
