On February 12, Meituan announced an upgrade to its "Ask XiaoTuan" AI butler. Starting immediately and throughout the entire Spring Festival holiday, users only need to use this tool on the Meituan App to ask questions related to local dining, entertainment, and activities. "Ask XiaoTuan" will quickly conduct in-depth analysis, collect accurate and timely information on merchants and services on Meituan, conduct secondary verification, combine real user reviews, and provide matching and transactionable choices. Additionally, users entering the "Ask XiaoTuan" Spring Festival zone can also easily obtain various Spring Festival consumption vouchers, receive intelligently recommended best deals, covering scenarios such as takeout, instant purchase, and dining in. A Meituan spokesperson stated that this upgrade is mainly aimed at effectively addressing users' real pain points in local lifestyle during the Spring Festival period, helping consumers efficiently find services that meet their needs, are truly transactionable, and offer better prices.
