At today's State Council Information Office press conference, the Ministry of Natural Resources stated that the recently released "Modern Capital Metropolitan Area Spatial Coordination Plan" not only has important and far-reaching significance for the in-depth implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, but also has an important demonstration effect on deepening the "multiple regulations in one" reform and optimizing the national land and space development pattern. The Ministry of Natural Resources stated that from the perspective of deepening "multiple regulations in one," this "plan" is the deepening implementation of the national land and space planning outline, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development planning outline, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei land and space planning, reflecting the fundamental role of land and space planning, especially strengthening the strategic nature of the "plan." At the same time, this "plan" also strengthens coordination, with the three provinces and cities coordinating the spatial needs of various special plans based on "unified base map, unified standards, unified planning, and unified platform," establishing a cross-regional spatial coordination mechanism, carrying out the implementation supervision of planning, and comprehensively demonstrating the advantages of "multiple regulations in one." In addition, the "plan" also enhances implementability, not only having a spatial blueprint, but also clearly defining key tasks, implementing policies, and ensuring mechanisms, ensuring that the blueprint is carried out to the end. It can be said that the "plan" is an important demonstration of spatial planning shifting from "blueprint-style" planning to "governance-style" planning.
