Citibank: Netease's existing games should be able to support revenue for the next few quarters.
A Citigroup research report stated that Netease's existing games should support stable and resilient revenue in the coming quarters. The highly anticipated game "Infinite" does not have a specific release date yet, while "Sea of Forgetfulness" is planned to be released in the third quarter. However, the continued strong performance of Netease's classic game "Fantasy Westward Journey" and the momentum of "Yanyun's Sixteen Sounds" since its successful global launch in November should support revenue. Citigroup views Netease as a defensive stock due to the company's use of AI in game development and its diverse portfolio of mature game exclusive rights products. Citigroup has raised the target price for Netease's American depositary receipts from $161.00 to $165.00.
