The US ITC issued a final ruling on Part 337 of polyvinylidene fluoride resin, overturning the original ruling against the Chinese company.

On February 11, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that a partial final ruling was made on certain polytetrafluoroethylene resin under Section 337: Based on the motion filed by the applicant, it was decided to review the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on September 5, 2025, overturning the original ruling that the named defendant Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. did not directly infringe due to lack of import or import sales; and overturning the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on November 24, 2025, which terminated the investigation against the named defendant Zhejiang Juhua Co., Ltd. based on the initial ruling.
