Canada lowers its flag to half-mast to mourn the victims of the campus shooting.

The Canadian Parliament buildings and all federal government buildings across the country will fly flags at half-mast starting on the 11th for a period of seven days to mourn the victims of the shooting at the Tabular Ridge campus in British Columbia.
