Today, the international announcement stated that shareholder Chongqing Huarui Feng Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.5332 million shares through centralized bidding from November 20, 2025 to February 19, 2026. As of the announcement disclosure date, the reduction had not been implemented and it was decided to terminate the reduction plan in advance. The shareholding remains at 10.649 million shares, accounting for 2.22% of the total share capital of the company, and will no longer reduce its holdings within the pre-disclosure period.
