On February 11, Su Jiaoke announced that the company has received a decision from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau to issue a warning letter to Su Jiaoke Group Co., Ltd. and Wang Renchao. After investigation, it was found that certain exploration and design projects of the company did not meet the revenue recognition criteria, resulting in inaccurate financial data disclosure in the annual reports for 2023 and 2024. This violated the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1 of the "Regulations on the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies." Wang Renchao, as the financial responsible person, did not diligently fulfill his duties in accordance with Article 4 of the "Regulations on the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies," and is primarily responsible for the company's above-mentioned violations. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter to the company and related personnel as an administrative supervision measure, and this will be recorded in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
