Yaguang Technology announced that on July 4, 2025, the company disclosed a notice regarding the company's chairman being placed under detention. Li Yuexian, the actual controller and then chairman, was placed under detention by the Huaxian Discipline Inspection Commission. On February 11, 2026, the company was informed by Li Yuexian's family that the Huaxian Discipline Inspection Commission had lifted the detention measures against Li Yuexian.
