ST Lanzhou Huang: Transfer production capacity of holding subsidiary Lanzhou Jia Niang to other production bases.

On February 11, ST Blue announced that the production line of its holding subsidiary, Lanzhou Yellow River Jianni Brewery Co., Ltd., has been running continuously for many years and is currently facing issues such as aging equipment, high production costs, and low capacity utilization. In order to fully integrate the company's internal production resources, reduce operating costs, and protect shareholder interests, the company has decided to transfer the production capacity of Lanzhou Jianni to other production bases. The production capacity and tasks of Lanzhou Jianni will be taken over by other production bases with sufficient capacity in the company, and will not have a significant impact on product delivery, market sales, and customer cooperation.
