On February 11, Qujiang Culture and Tourism announced that the Board of Directors of the company received a written resignation letter from Director Cui Jin on February 9, 2026. Due to work reasons, Cui Jin has applied to resign from the position of company director, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning.
