China Huaneng Hydropower: Completes 2 Billion Yuan Technology Innovation and Green Bonds Issuance.

Huaneng Hydropower announced that it recently completed the issuance of the second phase of technology innovation bonds and the second phase of green technology innovation bonds for 2026, with issuance amounts of 10 billion yuan each, and issuance rates of 1.58% and 1.61% respectively, and terms of 95 days and 177 days respectively. After the issuance, the company's short-term financing balance is 76 billion yuan, and the medium-term notes balance is 160 billion yuan. The bonds were underwritten by Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, and China Construction Bank, among others, and the funds raised will be used to repay interest-bearing debts. The company was approved to issue debt financing tools of up to 34 billion yuan from the approval date of the 2024 shareholders meeting until June 13, 2026.
