Keefe, Bruyette & Woods stated in a research report that the fourth-quarter performance and performance expectations update of German commercial banks were somewhat disappointing. Analysts said that the performance of this German bank was mixed, and its outlook for this year did not bring any surprises as it basically met average expectations. They wrote, "Although core income exceeded expectations, and business volume trends are encouraging, the failure to meet cost expectations is a negative factor, and the performance expectations for 2026 are not enough to boost valuation this morning."
