February 11th: The "agricultural product wholesale price index 200" decreased by 0.05 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on February 11th, the "Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index 200" was 129.45, a decrease of 0.05 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 132.27, a decrease of 0.06 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the national average price of pork in the agricultural products wholesale market was 18.16 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% from yesterday; beef was 66.17 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday; mutton was 64.62 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.5% from yesterday; eggs were 8.24 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.2% from yesterday; and chicken was 17.39 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.5% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.55 yuan/kg, a 0.5% increase from yesterday; and the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.97 yuan/kg, a 0.4% decrease from yesterday. The price of grass carp was 19.60 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.5% from yesterday; crucian carp was 14.48 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.4% from yesterday; white carp was 10.08 yuan/kg, an increase of 3.4% from yesterday; and bighead carp was 43.57 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.6% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five in terms of price increase compared to yesterday were white carp, bamboo shoots, cauliflower, lotus root, and cabbage, with increases of 3.4%, 3.3%, 3.1%, 3.0%, and 2.5% respectively; the top five in terms of price decrease were watermelon, tomatoes, zucchini, bighead carp, and potatoes, with decreases of 3.6%, 2.0%, 1.9%, 1.6%, and 1.5% respectively.
